Apologies - this is new to me. I'm interested in emulating Classic Mac OS 9.1 on a modern PC running Windows 8.1.
Is this possible - if so how? I'm a tad confused as to which emulator, if any, would be the best option here.
Many thanks

Re: M9.1 on W8.1
SheepShaver will run MacOS 7.5.3 through 9.0.4, not 9.1 and later.
Re: M9.1 on W8.1
Thanks for the prompt reply - much appreciated. Unfortunately I only have Mac 9.1 running on a PowerMac 8600 - any suggestions for that?
I'm assuming I'd have to copy over the System folder.
Many thanks

SheepShaver will not run 9.1. It will run 9.0.4. Most applications that run in 9.1 will also run in 9.0.4. You will need to install 9.0.4 and all needed applications in SheepShaver. There is no emulator (yet) that can run 9.1 in a useable way.
Re: M9.1 on W8.1
Thanks again - I found 9.0.4 install files on an old Jaz cartridge in a bucket of similar stuff that was destined for the dump - not any more.
