Is there a way to run OS 9.0.4 or later under SheepSaver? I would like to install Adobe Acrobat 5 which requires OS9.0.4 or later.

Yes,

And it's also the highest version you can install. If you have a universal mac os 9.0 install cd and a new world rom file, it shouldn't be a problem.

EDIT: But it's also the highest version you can install. If you have a universal mac os 9.0 install cd and a new world rom file, it shouldn't be a problem.

Best,

I think you meant: "No, you cannot use any Mac OS that is newer than 9.0.4 within Sheepshaver".

To solve any possible confusion in this thread:

- Yes, you can run MacOS 9.0.4 in SheepShaver.

- No, you cannot run any MacOS newer than 9.0.4 in SheepShaver.

- If you have MacOS 9.0, you can update it to 9.0.4 with the free 9.0.4 updater.
