SheepShaver for Windows -Python Terminal

Post by Stephanie »

Hi,
I am new to Mac Emulation.
I installed SheepShaver on Windows.
I do not find the Terminal.
Do I need to install something?
My goal is to package a python package with anaconda for Mac users.

Before Mac OS X, the Macintosh operating system was not Unix-based and did not have a "terminal".

If by "Mac users" you mean you are targeting users of Mac OS X, then SheepShaver will not help you.

It seems to me you should ask your question on an Anaconda forum. I imagine there ought to be an appropriate option for the relevant Linux tools, at least.

I've heard that you can run Intel versions of OS X in a virtual machine like VirtualBox, but I understand it's kind of tricky to do. (As you might expect, it is completely against the OS X terms of service to run OS X on non-Apple hardware, so no one at Apple encourages it.)
