Configuration while full screen in sheepshaver?

Hi so I am trying to use sheepshaver with a full screen but theres a problem the settings is on the menu and I dont know how to get the menu while on full screen on a mac.

Ive moved the cursor up and tried different key shortcuts and stuff and it wont work.

Is there any way I can manually edit the sheepshaver prefs file or just simply use the gui?

Please let me know and i will try it as soon as I can.

Mac OS version: 10.12.1

If you are running a recent build (2014), control-return will toggle between fullscreen mode and window mode while SheepShaver is running. (It is in the setup guide!)
