SheepShaver opens in fullscreen automatically
I just downloaded everything that I need to begin setting up SheepShaver on Windows 10 x64. When I run SheepShaver.exe, it goes into fullscreen and has the blinking floppy icon. How can I get it to open up to where I can add stuff to volumes, etc?

Hi,
Edit your sheepshaver_prefs file before starting SheepShaver:
Set at least these entries (adjust to your locations, file names):
disk C:\SheepShaver\MacOS90_1000
rom C:\SheepShaver\Mac OS ROM
cdrom F:\
screen win/1024/768
ignoresegv true
ignoreillegal true
If you boot from a real Mac CD, enter the drive letter at the "cdrom" entry. If you boot from a CD image, enter an additional "disk" entry and point to your CD image.
Best,

Re: SheepShaver opens in fullscreen automatically
I opened up the file and I can't find rom, screen, and disk so I just added them in. I saved it and now SheepShaver.exe won't open.
I thought there was supposed to be a GUI that allowed me to do this?

There is, but some people have issues installing the required gtk program. Editing the prefs file directly is an alternative.
Paste the contents of your prefs in a reply, so we can take a look.
