Easiest way to move a Sheepshaver setup to new computer?
I have it running beautifully on several computers, including app installations I made onto OS 8.5(hypercard and supercard etc). Now, I need to move it (the whole thing) to some new Mac computers (we are a school) and I want to do this as painlessly as possible. What are the minimum files (the app, the shared folder, the hidden pref file??) that I need to move in order to do this? Much obliged!

Best solution is to make a SheepVM bundle where you can store your prefs, disk images, nvram file and Mac OS ROM file.
To make it even simpler, use emendelson's SheepShaver Wrapper, which contains ALL files inside the .app.
Then the only thing you need to ensure is that your shared folder in the prefs points to a location that exists on each machine -- and if you're using 10.12, you may have some issues getting it to run the first few times. There's a thread on here about that.
