You get by going to the apple store near you, buying Mac OSX, and rip an iso image from it.

And now, don't ask again!

I think Alcohol and Nero can make images of the Mac OS install CD. I used alcohol about 18 months ago to make images for PearPC use

Windows: Get nero and install... Tehn start it and click the recorder menu and then click "save tracks" (Thats easy).

*nix:

Even easier ("cat" that sh*t)

Where "*" is your CDROM
cat /dev/hd* > /usr/%username%/desktop/OSXinstallcd1.iso

(OMG!)

Do you not have any expirience with *nix? Or do you use some weird distro?
anyway, on most distros it's:
Code:
cat /dev/* > /home/${username}/Desktop/OSXinstallcd1.iso
or better still:
Code:
cat /dev/* > ~/Desktop/OSXinstallcd1.iso

'Weird distros' must include Mandrake then. It defines my cdrom as /dev/hdc (/dev/cdrom1 is a symlink to this)

:P

I meant the "/usr". /dev is standard (as defined in the UNIX specification).

Hi,

You can download a PearPC version with native cdrom support. You can then install straight from the DVD or CD.

Which PearPC version do you use right now?
