BasiliskII OS X

Post by the silncer »

Hello All-

I thought I had FINALLY found a way to get BasiliskII going on OS X when I found this message board but the link in another topic no longer works. I am extremely frustrated at this juncture. I am having problems copying items to .dsk images. I can create the .dsk image with GUI program but when I temporarily change the .dsk extension to .dmg and mount the disk I am UNABLE to copy ANYTHING to the image. I started all of this to play Dark Castle and have been working on it for 2 days. I initially started all of this in mini vMac and eventually gave up and then came across BasiliskII and started over and tried with it and now I'm about ready to just give up all together. If anyone can help me figure this out I would appreciate it.

Yes, Apple is not making things easy for us. Write support for simple HFS volumes has been disabled.
I answered your post in the other topic you posted in.
