Preferences file - updated documentation

Post by sentient06 »

Hello. I don't want to spam you guys, but I couldn't find any topic specific for this subject, so I created yet another one. I'll disappear for some weeks since I am moving to another country, so I want to share all the progress of my researches right now.

I finished (in the sense of organising, not writing all details) a long list of all the settings for Basilisk II prefs file based in the documentation and the source code. I tested lots of them, but not all. This is for OSX/Unix.

You are welcome to use it (hopefully complete with other systems) and suggest changes/updates.

You can read it here:

https://github.com/sentient06/Medusa/wi ... X-and-Unix

I tried to organise by similar information.

I put only OSX / Unix because I can't test other OSes right now. I hope to go on with Windows tests next year.

Hopefully this list can help all interested people to work on settings editor applications and can be used as a guide for manual editing.

That's great! Can I upload it into the wiki?
