Getting online from OS X host

I am running OS 8.1 in my Basilisk II 2014 Mar 1, and the host is OS X mountain Lion 10.8.5. I would like to see if I could go online in Basilisk II. I followed the guide for windows (http://www.emaculation.com/doku.php/bas ... line_guide). In the GUI, the Serial and Nertwork tabs are merged into a single tab, the only option on the "Ethernet Interface" is "Slirp". The IP addresses can be found from the "Netrwork" "System Preferences". Since my guest OS is OS 8.1, there is no "Network Software Selector". I opened the "TCP/IP" Control Panel and followed the instructions to set it up. In iCab 2.9.9 68K, it gives me "Network error #-23045".

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
