Here's mini vMac running System 6.0.8 inside System 7.6.1 in MESS's Mac IIci emulation. Yes, it's as slow as you'd think :)

Yes, MESS supports the IIci now, which has 32-bit clean ROMs and thus can run 7.6.1.

This sounds like something I'd do over the weekend... Except that I'd be running Windows 2000 in VirtualBox, run Win 98 in it, run MESS in that, run Mini vMac in MESS and attempt to run ][ in a mac from there. Basicly, I love to complicate my life. Good job, though.

I did compile and run Mini vMac inside Mini vMac II....however the Mini vMac 68k build with MPW 3.5 is incredibly slow not only in Mini vMac II but also in other Mac emulators. I want to know which MPW gryphel used for building official mac68k Mini vMac.
