You need to configure your config file based on your needs/wants you also have to get a hard drive image file. I suggest PearGUI to configure the config file which is called by default pearpc.example and needs to be renamed to whatever.ppc or you can open it with PearGUI and save it again in .ppc whichever you choose. You can get PearGUI Here http://peargui.sphosting.com/PearGUI.zip
you may also need this handy tool its name states its function, you can find it here http://www.geocities.com/superdiggerus/DMG2ISOS.zip
and now, you will need a hard drive image and you can find these here http://pearpc.sourceforge.net/downloads.html
Finally, i suggest getting this build http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/pearpc/pearpc-0.3.1-win32-sdl-jitc.zip
since you have had no previous experience. You now finally have all the tools necessary to make it all run! I have a different disk image to use if those dont work its a 6gb one which i dont know where i got it from but its a work in progress and Mac OS X.3.3 is installing nicely. email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
if you need this image and i would be happy to send it your way! Have fun!
