Warcraft III on SheepShaver running OS 9.0.4

Post by KumaTheBear »

I'm having a problem installing Warcraft III on SheepShaver. I've used both a .toast and a .cdr copy of the Warcraft III CD and when I try to install, it asks me to insert the Warcraft III CD. Does anyone have an idea of how I can fix this? Thanks!

Yes; SheepShaver has no concept of CDs. The first thing you could try is locking the images before you mount them (which might make them appear CD-like enough to make it work). If that doesn't work, use the virtual CD software linked in this forum to mount the images from within OS 9. Using Toast to mount them within OS 9 should also work.
