Monster Mac Emulation Pack 2007

Post by Mac Emu »

(Also posted on the Emaculation website.)

Over the last two months I've been going though all my burnt CDRs for the past 9 years dumping everything onto an external hard drive. I decided to organize all the Mac emulation stuff in one folder and thought ... "Hey! I bet others might love this pile of memories past too!".

So I've created a 684 MB ISO containing (among other things) every freely available

Basilisk
Basilisk II
EmMac
Executor
Fusion PC
Mac-on-Linux (and MoM)
Mini-vMac
PearPC
ShapeShifter
SheepShaver
SoftMac
vMac

build (and source code) my grubby hands have downloaded over the years (no ROMs or Mac OSes!). For some of you these files will bring back fond memories. I hope you enjoy them.

You can download the ISO via torrent here:

PS: If you have any files or suggestions to add\subtract to the "Monster Mac Emulation Pack 2007", post it below.

Is it possible to download this via FTP or HTTP? It's just that I can't use torrents.

Otherwise, it sounds really good and will be a great way of trying out diffferent versions without having to find downbloads.

I would prefer an FTP site, but don't have any host to do so.

Is your gmail account still working? Check it for an email from me.

Got the email. Thanks :)

Unfortunately it got delivered to my spam folder. Not sure why. Maybe Google doesn't like Mac emulators.

No problem.

Heh. I just Googled "Mac emulators" and Emulators Online was the top link. No wonder Google doesn't like Mac emulators. :P

Or upload it to megaupload.com and rapidshare.com - just check their links every now and then.
