SheepShaver GUI: "Entry point not found"

I downloaded a fresh copy of SheepShaver off the actual site and then it asked for missing DLL's. So I went and downloaded them all off www.dlldump.com to see if Sheepshaver GUI would run and now here's it throws back: The procedure entry point gtk_file_selection_get_filename_utf8 could not be locat...

This applies to advanced web designers. If you don't understand it now, learn the basics of web design while saving this for later. For every web designer, it is important to test developed webpages and templates using some of the most popular browsers on Windows, and aid them into making adjustment...

Any webpages I can visit to get step-by-step instructions on how to install and run this emulator under the OS X platform? Thanks in advance, as usual. 8)

viewing this database using phpMyAdmin or MySQL should give you an opportunity to search this DB for multiple users with a number or a "from"?

I can still see more lamers in the memberlist. I can teach the sole owner easier ways of deleting multiple users using phpMyAdmin/MySQL, and that might put a little peace into this board. For the time being, check and see if you can add these to the list of disallowed users... *from* 1* 2* 3* 4* 5*...

SheepShaver - Mac OS X concern

Guys! Where can I download the GUI, the emulator, and others for Mac OS X? Latest versions and all. I mean with what I got right now, it is very hard to set up.

Where can I find a version of SS that does have sound support? The one I got right now (very latest) has no sound.

After the crash, SheepShaver should provide some error log in an external text file. What did that say?

ahh, licenses... I mean, licenses are like batteries in most cases. they last for a certain long time frame and then when the battery finally dies, the license simply expires. let's see if that Energizer Bunny is still going now, heh heh...

Normally, most petitions, depending on how serious one can be, can actually be submitted to a federal government agency or even U.S. Congress. Would that have any effect on Apple? To me, there is no telling, but that's federal stuff right there if I'm correct. And then the people of lowendmac.com d...

I dunno, but LowEndMac.com and it's people opened that petition a long time ago and already their site has been enlisted in Google search results. I feel that maybe more signatures might come from here if so. But no matter what, I think Apple still has a pretty good bit riding on their shoulders. $...

Mac OS 8.5 public petition signing

I been googling through websites and then I came across a public demand forcing Apple to release 8.5.1 to those that still run older Power Macs including those that are pratically in the NewWorld category. Hopefully I am talking about machines that stood after the 680x0 and before iMac, PowerPC G3/...

I guess that Nero ImageDrive might slide in a Read-Only attribute after conversion into an ISO. I dunno, but the ISO you had ran good and your bootup of your share of the installer went smooth over there, so we know that base is already covered. And in some cases, even a DMG of this would be obtain...

No, the administrators are using phpBB. I guess that would mean "Visual Confirmation." This program has a username disallow and banning feature also if they feel that automated registrations get heavier.

Right now, I am sorting out users with joined date in descending order. This worked for me, it might work for you, there is no telling. But if you might've:  Downloaded a DMG for the installer of 8.5/9.0.4 and converting it to ISO while having it registered as a drive for SheepShaver before bootup, or... Inserting the installer into a PC CD-ROM drive and...

7.5.3 crash - the investigation

Okay, as long as System 7.5.3 or even 7.6.1 on a nice disk image is compatible with even a PowerMac ROM on Sheepshaver, then it should boot up at that matter. So why does it make SheepShaver crash when you get the smiley icon upon the run of the System 7 series?! What can you do to solve the proble...

I obtained a valid copy of Mac OS 9.0.4 and ISO image made out of it! But I get that same bootup error screen as it appears on 8.5!
