At the MacOS 9.04 installlation, you should choose a universal system (Custom Installation) instead of an installation who will only work in Sheepshaver.

PearPC Forums Thanks for your arrogance, MISTER. Just to let you know: I've been beta-testing the above patch on a Kanga back in 2002 for one of the persons who made 9.2x-compatibility finally possible. That's nearly three years ago and I have long switched to OS X, but if I recall it correctly the...

Strange, because you are able to enter the MacOS graphical install enviroment, but you can't start the install application. Perhaps you could try a newer SheepShaver build, an other ROM-image or SheepShaver on Linux.

I downloaded MacOS 7.5.3 from the Apple Site. In Basilisk II, i mounted the 19 files to one virtual floppy disk in on the Mac-desktop. With a disk utility from the MacOS 9.1-cd (works on k68-Mac, lol), i made one .img-file from that virtual OS7 Installation Disk. I'm getting a floppy with a question...

downgrade a MacOS9.1-cd

Is there a way to 'downgrade' a MacOS 9.1 cd to MacOS 9.04 so i can run it in SheepShaver?

Perhaps using the MacOS 9.04 update and Tomeviewer or something?
