can't get network to work in cvs build 7-05

I usually try to incorporate any requests that I receive... Unless of course it's something like "give me $1 million if I download your program". ;)
50,000 and it's a deal ;)

pci_ide0_master_installed=0 thats set to 0. it can't read from the hard drive because its set to 0 (false). you need to set that to 1 (true) in order for it to be able to read from your hard drive. also, your network parameters are both un-commented, and yet its also set to 0. I woudl try the realte...

higher value -> cpu uses less power drawing and tracking the mouse in pearpc and more to the OS itself (which is why installing is faster if you use a higher redraw/refresh rate). don't use a high redraw rate once osx is installed, there really isn't much of a performance difference lower value -> c...

oh I totally agree. even though I'm on 16*12 I could use 1024*768 if grapics was better

I was under the assumption that the screenshot in the first networking post was of windows. perhaps I'm wrong.

if your installing mac, it will be slow. the lowest install I've heard of so far is around 2-3 hours. I have a 3.06 HT too... the mouse speed and fluidness depends on your refresh rate. for installing you want to have the refresh rate high (say 500)...once you have it installed fine, I run at 30 wit...

hi bob, would you mind giving support for 1024 megs of ram? the value is 0x40000000 I'd also check peargui vs last nights build from richard goodwin, the indexing display values have changed...the index values are no longer supported...values only go from 1-5 now instead of 1-8. hopefully with the n...

have you tried bridging connections? I did that...click connection you are connected to, ctrl + click the TAP-32/OpenVPN connection, right click and bridge them. worked for me anyways...then I just connected normally through dhcp with my pearpc/mac
