Re: There are insufficient system resources to mount this im

Cannot mount a physical CD. It really is in response to those who desired to work with physical CDs within Sheepshaver on a machine running Mountain Lion, using VDRU.

Re: Prime Target game CD

Thanks gents. I'll try that course of action.

Okay, following the instructions that you posted worked nicely.

Now I just need to get sound within Sheepshaver working and figure out how to use a full screen. :D

Re: Prime Target game CD

Having a similar issue with Warcraft II (Battlenet Edition). Though Mountain Lion leaves me the choice only of ejecting the disk, period. Start up Sheepshaver, and I get the following: This disk is unreadable by this Computer. Do you want to initialize the disk? No matter what choice I make, it phys...

Re: Need Help Getting On iCab in Basilisk

Thanks for the recommendation. May try different ROM files. Know emulations are imperfect implementations of the original, so bugs are to be expected.

Still, even in its current state, I can carry over programs from my desktop, so all is not lost.

Re:

Port 19 is Nigel Pearson's port of BasiliskII. It has stability problems, but if it works for you, that is OK. A recent and more stable build can be found in the sticky topic at the top of this BasiliskII forum, but that build does not have the nice graphical interface that Nigel's port has. You fo...

Thanks for the guidance. Found a Mac OS 9 image, and SheepShaver fired up like a champ. Still lots of work to do in order to get it to run "Super Wing Commander" to standard, but the emulator shows promise.
