Chubby Bunny 3d games?
Hi all, Just saw a youtube video with someone playing "A10 Cuba", a 3d flying game, on Chubby Bunny. Does this mean Chubby Bunny can play 3d games? Is Chubby Bunny better than plain Sheepshaver? I thought Sheepshaver didn't have a 3d video card rendering ability, maybe this game is an exce...

Re: Installing games on Mini Vmac Prince of Persia 1 and 2
Ok, just one question. If I install Prince of Persia 2 on Mini Vmac ii, will the music run at full correct speed? I mean does it not run like Sheepshaver or Basilisk ii, with Prince of Persia 2 music running really slow?

Re: Installing games on Mini Vmac Prince of Persia 1 and 2
Ok, thanks anyway! I already have Sheepshaver with 9.0.4, and Basilisk II with 7.5.3 installed, just thought running Prince of Persia 2 on Mini Vmac would run the music at normal speed. Oh well, I'll take what I can get! Thank you anyways!

Re: Installing games on Mini Vmac Prince of Persia 1 and 2
Thanks so much! I've gotten as far as getting the Prince of Persia 2 sit file onto Mini Vmac, but I can't un stuff it. I am using stuffit expander 4.0.1 from the gryphon website, and when I try to open the Prince of Persia 2 sit file with stuffit, stuffit doesn't even see it, the sit file. It's like...

Installing games on Mini Vmac Prince of Persia 1 and 2
I have tried installing Mini Vmac on my Intel Mac, and can't seem to figure out how to install games from a sit file or the actual game file of a game. I am trying to install Prince of Persia 1 and 2, (because I heard somewhere on here Prince of Persia 2 runs with normal speed music on Mini Vmac.) I...

Re: Error at line 1622 (type -1856, code -43)
I don't know if this will help, I have Titanic adventure out of time installed on Mac os 9 Sheepshaver. It works perfectly except for some very light stutter during the video parts. I think you need to change the file extension from cdr to iso after you mount it, that's what I did. Then it should wo...

Changing SheepShaver icon?
Just wondered if changing the Sheepshaver icon by right clicking and getting info, then pasting a new icon for it, is safe? Will doing it affect Sheepshaver's performance or anything? Anyone know?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Disinfectant for os 9 safe?
Hi, Just found out about the program Disinfectant, just want to make sure I can have a safe download. I've downloaded a few things from Macintosh Garden, but I've had them for a while. Just reading the forums here about Disinfectant made me paranoid, but Sheepshaver with Mac os 9 is running pretty m...

Prince Of Persia application palace icon
Hi all, Just one dumb question. Is it possible to install Prince Of Persia on SheepShaver, and actually have the correct "palace" icon? I have tried installing it two ways, one from a sit file from Macintosh Garden, and also from a cd I have, Prince of Persia cd collection. Both install sh...

Re: Using usb controllers with Sheepshaver
I had the keyboard set up to play MacMame first, so I set up Joystick Mapper to recognize the arrow keys, which I had set up for movement in MacMame. For example I was playing Double Dragon, so I mapped A, W, and D for punch, jump, and kick. There are many preset configurations included with Joystic...

Re: Using usb controllers with Sheepshaver
I am using Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Joystick Mapper seems to work totally fine though. I am using a Logitech F310 with "direct input" switched on with the switch on the back.

Re: Using usb controllers with Sheepshaver
For those who have been wondering if there's a solution, I found "Joystick Mapper" in the Mac App Store. I have set it up perfectly for MacMame, using keyboard input to my Logitech game controller!
Problem SOLVED! And it's only $4.99!

Using usb controllers with Sheepshaver
Hi all, Just wondered if someone could help, is there a way to get usb controllers to work with Sheepshaver? I try to use one on my Intel Mac running Sheepshaver, (a usb logitech one that actually really works on native os 9 on a old powerbook.) and it doesn't recognize it on Sheepshaver. I am tryin...

Re: Sheepshaver game performance running slow without intern
By the way, I'm using mac os 9.0.4 from a retail disk that I mounted from a real physical disk. If that makes any difference I don't know. Sorry I'm driving everyone crazy from this.
