Re: I need help compiling Mini Vmac 36.04
Thanks a lot for your help! I will try it out later (as it is 3 AM and I REALLY want to sleep) and tell you the results.
Update: It worked! I decided to skip the makefile thing and I went with the project file. After building it gave me a nice little exe ready to run!

Re: I need help compiling Mini Vmac 36.04
Well, saw your comment, and I tried all sorts of things, like putting all the files of the setup folder in an individual project and then build, putting all the files of the folder in an project (respecting the original hierarchy ofc) but I always either get an exe that I have to run on the command ...

I need help compiling Mini Vmac 36.04
The title says all. The thing is, I am using Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition, I set the options in the configuration file and everything to generate the tool executable (using the command utility BTW) and it generates two things after I compile: the exe of the config tool and an object file. So, I t...

Re: [macOS] make PPC software run natively on macOS – Rosett
I don't think that is possible, because PPC and x86 are so different.

Re: Stuffit for Windows Edition 9 crashes in 64-bit W7 HPE S
You are QUITE off... Yes, it crashes. But when I want to extract something (selecting the extract option in the context menu) it shows up the error, but the extract window appears, so I can select an option and extract the file. And I was asking which version of the C++ Runtime Redistributable do I ...

Sorry for the bump, but the same problem is happening to me. But when I tried to extract the two disk images it showed up with something. Which version of the C++ Redistributable do I need to use for it to work correctly?

Re: from where "Lisa OS 1.0"
I think that the first version of the LisaOS was for the first Lisa model, which had 2 5.25 inch drives. The model the Lisa emulator emulates is the second one, which had one 3.5 inch drive, so you can't run it. Wait until some emulator supports it or until the Lisa emulator supports it.

Mac OS 9.2.2 installation doesn't start
When I start QEMU (following the steps of the guide) inside the window of QEMU, after a while, it says the following:
And it never begins the installation. What is the problem?MacOS: unable to find a usable NVRAM partition - using offset 0x1400.

Long time no see.
I think the problem lies within your ROM file, because sound works perfectly fine for me in 9.0.4.

Re: SheepShaver for Windows
Where should the folder with SheepShaver, etc., be located by default? Easy one, "C:\Program Files ((x86) in a 64 bit machine)\SheepShaver". What settings make the most sense for RAM, screen size, etc.? For the screen size, I would suggest leaving it at 640x480 and RAM wise, I suggest 512...

How to configure Power Button in Basilisk II and SheepShaver
As many of you may know, old Macs used to have a Power Button on their keyboards (at least until the iMac came around) that turned off the system. I know that I can configure the Power button to work in both Basilisk II and SheepShaver (cause someone said it made it work) so I looked at the Basilisk...

Re: Mini vMac varserv is PAID now?
I think that if you pay at least $2 to the Gryphel Project, you should be able to use the Stable Variations Service for free like it was before, because if you must use multiple builds for emulating different machines then you must sponsor every one of them, and you pay even more. Just my opinion of...
