Windows: Get nero and install... Tehn start it and click the recorder menu and then click "save tracks" (Thats easy).

Even easier ("cat" that sh*t)
Where "*" is your CDROM
cat /dev/hd* > /usr/%username%/desktop/OSXinstallcd1.iso

Most distrobutions come with a Window Manager, at leist one. I reccomend you install one of these: ArkLinux Mandrake Redhat College SuSE They are pretty easy and stable, dont' get colleg linux until 2.5 comes out, it has an issue with a compiler. Got myself an iMac!
Well, I am in the process of making some what of a switch. I got an iMac 333 , and bought Panther. I must say, It is very fast, even for an aging machine. We schould all have Macs, This world would be a much better place. :D
There are tons of fucking live-cds (Disrtobutions that run from CDs) goto distrowatch.com! Yull find out alot. Linux is better than Windows, have a perminatnt distrobution, And if you have to, have a dual-boot w/ Windows. I highly reccoment College linux and RadHat linux, the newest RedHat is Fedora...

I know that JIT helps in emulating PPC right? But what is it? Can I emulate OS X.1.2 or X.2? If not is there a Mac OS X skin for 8.1? that would be awesome!
