You cannot expect to connect to an ftp server if the server (netpresenz) is not running. You need both Qemu with netpresenz and filezilla running. Network-wise everything is OK now as I see Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... So it is now a matter of configuring Filezilla ...

Apparently a screen dump is made when copying during screen sharing. So no text, but an image is transferred. That image can only be pasted in a program that allows it. Textedit can paste it when not in plain text mode.

Qemu does not provide a network card for that server version. It needs -net none to boot.

That means qemu hasn't found all information on the image it needs to boot. This happens when the CD image was not created from the full CD but from a partition on the CD.
You just have to search for an image that does include that info.

You downloaded a version of Mac OS 9.2 that only contains an upgrade?
If Qemu booted from the CD image, why don´t you just try to install?

Please note that you have use the disk utility program on the CD first to partition the new hard disk image before you can install on it.
