Re: Problem with printing via Folder action script ...
... I was soon advised to forget FAS for many of the reasons I have already explained in this long thread and also because of the stability with Yosemite. So, this morning I gave it a try. It worked at once ... without even having to undergo a long learning curve. It worked without a flaw. Hazel ...

Re: A Icon for SheepShaver
Thank you.
Very nice, and a great improvement, my friend. After all, this is 2015 and Yosemite, and not 1993 and Mac OS 7.
Now watch Old Schoolers grumble and groan and resist change.
Oh wait! I *am* an Old Schooler too!

A Icon for SheepShaver
Hi everyone, not sure if this is useful to anyone. I primarily made this for Yosemite, the regular SheepShaver Icon simply looked to pixelated and out of place when I put it next to the other Dock Icons. So I really wanted a Icon that fits nicely into the lot, ...

I suppose the OSX Finder needs to "see" the file being added. Yosemite Finder seems slow in recognizing new files when they are added "out of sight". Did you try leaving the FAS enabled folder open in an OSX Finder window?

Strange. Although a 6.8 MacOS installation is unusual (or was it 8.6?), if a startup MacOS volume works in any SheepShaver anywhere, it should work in any other SheepShaver anywhere else, also in Yosemite. Don't know what the problem is in your case.
