Hi, If SheepShaver starts at all, the rom file is OK. Your problem is related to the CD you are using. It is not a Universal OS 9 disk, but a disk for a specific Mac model. I believe all network connections fail with the latest Windows build. I contacted the developer about it, as I had a perfectly good build right before the latest updates in the SheepShaver networking code.
