I've created a new version of SparserBundler -- the disk image compacter for OS X. This version compacts disk images into sparsebundles with 2MB slices, freeing up space in the disk image. Sparsebundle images are usable with Basilisk II and SheepShaver natively, and can also be used with QEMU and other emulators that can mount /dev/ filepaths (you have to mount and unmount the sparsebundle yourself).

Compressed download and uncompressed source can be found at https://github.com/adespoton/sparserbundler
