Run OS 9 on XP?

Hello,

If you have Mac OS 9.0.4 you could try SheepShaver for Windows to run Photoshop. Please bear in mind this program is developed on and for Linux, so the Windows port is not as sophisticated as the linux version.

is there any emulator that would go okay with Mac OS 9.1 ^?

Not yet but PearPC is trying to get OPENBIOS to work and once they do it might be possable, however SheepShaver does not boot anything higher than 9.0.4
