NO Copy NO Paste in sheepshaver LNX

Help please, going really crazy, 3 time fresh installing but always same result, no copy, no paste what's so ever !!
Sheepshaver 2.4 on Mac OS 8 .
And secondly, in my Italian keyboard sheepshaver it miss a M, I set the keycodes but while I hit start it shows me a worning about
warning cannot find vendor the X.org foundation
copy and paste its the most important issue !

I don't know what HOST does it meaning ?
Host .. perhaps unix ?
really don't know !
I'm trying right now to do another fresh install and I like so much this sheepshaver that I wuold keep it without copy and paste and without the M keyboard as well

"Host" is the computer and system on which you installed SheepShaver. It could be OSX/macOS or Windows or a Linux flavor.
So, which is your host system and which SheepShaver build do you use and where did you get it. (The version number is not enough for identification, very different SheepShaver builds all carry the version number 2.4.)

Ubuntu 18.04 - Mac os 8.0 installed in SheepShaver 2.4 -

I can say that in the text I can copy/paste but not in the desktop with files and folder

The keycodes file translates sdl key scancodes to Mac keycodes. You compiled SheepShaver without sdl support.
You could try this alternative keycodes file:

Not sure if it will work, though.
Edit:
I can say that in the text I can copy/paste but not in the desktop with files and folder
You cannot copy paste files or folders in MacOS, only file and folder names.

Ohhh Jesus that's REALL !!!!!! I have next to me an old PCC 8500/180 that I need to copy all the files inside and I need to use sheepshaver to connect to it, and its real, i can't copy/paste files or folders into it, incredible, i can't realize, so much time i didn't use it. Thanks !!!!!!! hehehe incredible !!!! I try to fix the keycodes

Copying files or folders in classic MacOS is done by dragging and dropping the icons. Dragging within locations on the same disk volume will move the files or folders, dragging to a different disk volume will copy the files or folders. Dragging with the option (alt) key pressed will always create a copy.
I have next to me an old PCC 8500/180 that I need to copy all the files inside
You could create disk images inside the PPC 8500, copy the files onto those images and mount the images in SheepShaver by adding the image files as volumes in the prefs file.
Note that many Mac files will not survive when saved on a non-Mac file system!

Thanks a lot, I will do like you say, a disk Image its a good idea, i need to save some video made in 2000 with unrecognized codec, now thanks to sheepshaver i can decode it and save it with in un-copressed video .
