Frameskip setting in ~/.sheepshaver_prefs set to 8 - why?

I don't see this documented anywhere but there is a line in the ~/.sheepshaver_prefs that reads "frameskip 8".

I set it to 0. Where is this documented?

It shouldn't read 8. If you set the Refresh Rate in preferences settings to Dynamic, as instructed in the setup manual, it will read 0.

(frameskip 8 sets the refresh rate to 7.5 Hz, which will make the software cursor very jumpy.)
