Unix cannot be found after messing with settings

Post by Broheim5000 »

I was trying to get a game to start and it gave me an error message regarding memory saying "zero K/449000" needed. I started changing the ram to different sizes to see if that would work and then after a few changes, I got an error message saying "Unix can't be found". Now it won't pop up on SS.

Which SheepShaver version/build do you use on which host system?

The error message that Unix can't be found is a message that will usually appear if settings are changed and SheepShaver is not subsequently quit. After making changes in settings, SheepShaver should be quit and launched again.

Robert,

Thanks for getting back to me - love the program. I am using the 2014 copy. I saw the same answer in another post but I was not sure how to fix the problem.
