Latest macOS build (18/10/19) crashes every time I run it

I've been running SheepShaver for a long time and never really had any issues, but since the Catalina update I haven't been able to run it at all. I tried a simple upgrade and a clean installation, yet the app simply will not run. The error seems to be related to codesigning. This is the log:

You say you used the 18/10/19 build, but my build of that date has Identifier: com.emaculation.sheepshaver while the log mentions Identifier: org.emaculation.sheepshaver which could refer to a couple of earlier builds (September and first week of October) that were signed or notarized by emendelson.

Which build do you use, where did you download it, and how did you do the upgrade?

I downloaded it from the official forum page: https://www.emaculation.com/forum/viewt ... =20&t=7360, and I could've that it was after the 18th. But as it turns out it was actually one of the earlier builds that you mentioned, October 11th I believe. I just downloaded it again tonight and it runs perfectly. Thank you!

After a few days the application starts crashing again with the same error. It's as if the codesigning expires.

That's really odd... what result do you get if you run

Also: I wonder if this is at all related to the fact that Apple's signing certificate expired last month? This should already be fixed in Catalina, and I'm not having these issues, but it seems like the culprit from the error presented.

My signing certificate expires July 2024 and notarization for this build completed successfully.

Really strange. Anyone else having this issue with my latest SheepShaver build and Catalina?

Your build (which I downloaded again a few minutes ago) runs perfectly in Catalina here. I wonder if the problem may be with the ROM or disk image? Or perhaps try deleting the PRAM file and see what happens?

Actually please disregard my last message. Embarrassingly enough, I realized I restored the old version from a backup which made my issue return. The latest build works just fine on my end as well. Thank you for your help.
