Post your screenshots and comments here. Post problems with SheepShaver in another thread.

(If these pictures don't show up, I'll fix them once I create a site with my new ISP.)

Sorry, I've been out of town for a few days.

I created and formatted the HDF using Basilisk II. I'm using the ROM extracted from Mac-OS-ROM-Update-1.0, the SheepShaver binary dated December 11th and the SDL.dll from libsdl.org. I only own Mac OS 9.0.4, not 8.5 or 8.6, so I can't try those OSes out (yet). I did a recommended install of Mac OS 9.0.4 without the extras like text-to-speech. It boots up with extensions on and even sound works.

PS: To install Mac OS 9.0.4, I booted up with extensions off (holding the shift key down after launching SheepShaver).

They usually leave a small little red X instead of a screenshot.

Not really , its kinda lag , but its somewhat faster then PearPC , if you wish to compared , Sheepsaver is in the middle , you can do some pretty good job on that thing , of course booting time seems to be fast too ,

I did a few Apple Personal Diagnostic tests between SheepShaver for Windows, the "new" Basilisk II for Windows and the old Basilisk II JIT for Windows a couple of days ago. I'll probably add the results from my PowerBook 3400c tomorrow when I have more energy.

http://mes.emuunlim.com/benchtests4/sheepshaver.htm (taller is faster, compared to a Quadra 950)
