Ripped off

I tried to buy 9.0.4 off ebay. I looked ALL OVER THE AD 3 TIMES and saw nothing to indicate that they were restore discs. Sure enough, I got em, and they were imac DV restore discs. So now I cant install in sheepshaver. I'm pissed. If anyone would be willing to trade anything 8.5 or above for what I have (the two imac DV restore discs, Apple Hardware Test disc, and Imovie 2) I would be very appreciative.
