Can i use MacOS 9.1-9.2.2 in SheepShaver for MacOS X?

This will not be much help, but I only ran 9.0.4 on OSX.
So you are welcome to try and report back.

Ok, getting this: "this startup disk will not work on this macintosh...."
So i don't think it works.
