Thats illegal buddy... I don't think Apple made a 2MB ROM exept maybe for a PPC. What the hell do you even need it for?

Might I add that a 2048k ROM image comes from the Quadra AV (68k) models. First and second generation PPCs had ROMs around 4 MB.

Uh... my powermac has a 3 MB ROM(7500/100 Computer). This is a first generation PPC I believe.

The rom file from Quadra 840 AV is cool on Basilisk II. It has 2M, yes. And runs fine. But I lost I had and i don't find on net... If anyone has it, please, send it to me... My email is

man i have a PPC 6115 - 9FEB69B3 rom and i get an Unsuported Rom Image message why ?
