Is it possable to access a HSF hard drive in sheepshaver ???



e.g. take a IDE hard drive out of a mac, plug it into a pc running linux & sheepshaver. And then access that hard drive in sheepshaver ?

it should work fine, just make sure that it is NOT mounted in linux and that you setup sheepshaver correctly.

Since hard drives that are typically found within a Macintosh have specialized ROM's, it might work, it might not work. Try it.

Just tried it, yep it works

Had a few problems with transferring files from the linux HD to the mac HD (kept coming up with errors).

It boots ok
