Has anyone used the Dialog Director scripting addition to write Applescripts in SheepShaver? I used Dialog Director quite a bit pre-SheepShaver but, as I try to build a dialog now I get all sorts of strange error messages. I'm using SheepShaver 2.3, build of Oct. 2009, with Mac Classic OS version 8.6.

Thanks,
John

Do you have "Ignore Illegal Instructions" enabled?

No, and maybe I should. At present I'm trying to use Dialog Dumper to get dialogs created in ResEdit. Where is the Ignore Illegal Instructions switch?

Hello John,

In the SheepShaver prefs file, add the line:

Code:
ignoreillegal true

Aha -- SheepShaver prefs. That's been checked all along. Thanks.
