Well, I have SBC yahoo DSL and I connect to the internet using the PPPoE.
When I tried it on pearpc 3.0, it could not connect to the internet. I tried other methods posted in the forum but they didn't work.

could some one help me connect to the internet on pearpc with PPPoE.

I have Win XP home with SP2

Well, In OS X, System Preferences, Network, Rtl8139, there's a PPPoE tab.Maybe you should check the settings in there.

Your host computer should be connected and then use a proxy for Pear PC to connect.

It is known that windows uses the fastest NIC for its connections, so if your tap-win32 adapter is running faster than your ethernet device, then windows tryes to connect with it instead of the ethernet adapter. You should first connect to the internet and then activate the tap-win32 adapter and pearpc.

No, this happens even when your TAP adapter is working fine.

I've used ProxyPlus a few monthes ago, and it's very easy to configure, you just turn it on and set your mac to its ip address.
