YOU NEED TO INSTALL OPENVPN
Insall it ,and then you will see TAP-32 In your Network Folder.....Then you configure it

I found it but i don't really know how to install.

Its an executable program with the .exe extension, so just double click it and run..like installing any program, then I think your press next, uncheck everything except for the tap32 adapter then next...etc
