So is PearPC dead?

[ARCHIVED] About PearPC, a mostly obsolete PPC Mac emulator for Windows and Linux to run MacOS X 10.1 up to 10.4. Using QEMU is now recommended.

just for the record, anything released under a bsd license can be commercialized with no code publication. according to the sourceforge page for pearpc and the pearpc web site it is under the gpl which does require source publication which can sometimes be avoided if the programmer is clever enough (adding plug-in facilities and then publishing the plug-ins under a different license, etc).
