Hi,

Yes, there are multiple ways. One is to set up networking in PearPC and direct it to a shared folder on your host.
The other one is to open the hard disk image with some program capable of reading HFS in Windows (MacDrive?) and copy the file(s).

Are you running PearPC in OSX? Then you can open the image file on which OSX in PearPC is installed directly.
If you are running Windows, install MacDrive (a free trail version is available, search the web for it). Open the PearPC image file with macdrive and copy the file to the image. You should read the manual about how MacDrive works

To get networking running in PearPC, use one of the guides here:
With Internet Connection Sharing: http://wiki.pearpc.net/index.php?title= ... r_XP/Vista
With VPN: Check out the networking guides: http://wiki.pearpc.net/index.php?title=Networking
With PCAP: http://www.pearpc.net/viewtopic.php?p=47550 (this requires the use of the redscorp pearpc release)

Just as a side note, you can use MagicISO to create an ISO file that you can mount within PearPC. This is a lot easier for me than using disk image mounters or things like that. Who knew that Macs can read regular format CDs? Or at least regular for Windows?
