Please help me. I can't download the PearPC Virtualbox GUI. It always says " 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server ". Are there some ways to get rid of this or are there another sites where can I download this. I really need this to boot Mac OS X 10.1.

The GUI is not required to run PearPC. You can edit the config file manually.
PearPC will not boot/run OSX 10.1

That said, I have PearPC 0.4 Redscorp running OS X 10.1.5. So given the right combination of settings etc. it can work. Haven't got anything lower than 10.1 working though.

I don't wanna bother but,the link tells me that the files are infected,that only you can download them.

Replace Norton Antivirus with a useful AV product. There are free solutions out there with better detection. Then your problem is fixed.

This is a known FP with Norton AV — I’ve manually analyzed the file and while it does unexpected things compared to your average piece of software, it does nothing bad to your computer.

I get the same message when trying the link and I do not use Norton Antivirus.

The message appears in the browser window and appears to come from Google drive itself.

Oh, I thought this was the archive.org copy.

If we want to prevent all this, someone should compress the executable in a password protected archive with an easy to guess password. Google scans against all the major AV vendor scanners, including Symantec, so because Norton made this gaffe and hasn't bothered to fix it, Google will flag it.
