how come whe see so many false user on this forum there is no pun intended here just a question there must ba a reason for having so many spammer here i often see in the new user line at the bottom of the main page false user how come

by user i mean user like this:

-Casinoudacha.ru

and i have noticed that most if not all of them are from moscow or kiev

I did cut down on the amount of false users that we had, but we are still getting them.
