So, today I asked my students to imagine that they were protesting something about the school they don't like. After writing about their grievances, we made some protest signs. Here's what they came up with:
"We don't want our lunch!" (the cafeteria food is bad)
"Get Out, Garbage Rice!" (ditto)
"Too many accidents! crash! boom!" (we have a small playground)
"Eliminate the Handicapped!" (disabled people are not liked in Korea)
"Don't Touch My Hair!" (we have a strict dress code)
"I want to be free. I'm not a soldier." (ditto)
"I Lost My Puppy!!" (this student didn't really understand the activity)
