Today I learned that DMOZ shut down back in March:
http://searchengineland.com/rip-dmoz-op ... ing-270291
http://www.dmoz.org/
I remember adding all of the Macintosh emulation sites there back in 1999/2000. I also remember signing up to edit some of the movie categories and how I had to deal with the massive spam that Rotten Tomatoes was submitting when it first came into existence.
I found this site in the mirror:

A classic account of early emulation!

A blast from the past about Fusion, nice finding!
Fusion was a great Mac emulator, too bad it has never been ported to a modern OS.
Do you have a link to the original Fusion.exe too maybe?
There is nothing wrong with 3.0, but I would like to see how it compares with Darek Mihocka´s release.
Screenshot from Fusion 3.0 / MacOS 8 on W98SE, P4, NV4000 AGP:
Fusion 3.0 with 7.6 is even somewhat faster, as usual.
Sorry for the off topic posting, I just could not resit.

I've probably got the old versions in my archive. I'll check when I get home from my current travels, though that won't be 'till the end of next month.
The demo of 1.2 is still here:

And possibly here:

Sad to lose that bit of history; I remember signing up around then to add links to all the classic Mac software. Most of those links would be dead now.
Re: DMOZ (Open Directory) Shuts Down
Thanks Clockwise, no hurry.
I´ll take a look at the 1.2 demo, full versions of 1.0 and 1.2 would be great, if someone has them stored locally.

I'll ask Jim "Jim" Watters if he has any in the meantime.
