I'm a long-term user of COI, which I use to keep alive some Classic games and apps. I'm planning my migration from OS 10.6 to 10.7, and wanted to know if I can simply replace the Sheepshaver executable file in the old COI package with the new version? I am aware of the full-screen problem, but will I risk any further issues?
Thank you for looking at my possibly simple-minded query.
COI in Lion?

Re: COI in Lion?
SheepShaver in COI is UB. Doesn't it run in Lion?
Re: COI in Lion?
To be honest, I haven't tried. Not even installed Lion yet. Planning the migration. So I guess I could leave Sheepshaver as it is and wait till I'm on Lion.Ronald P. Regensburg wrote:SheepShaver in COI is UB. Doesn't it run in Lion?

Re: COI in Lion?
I think COI will run in Lion, however not in full-screen mode.
When you migrate, make sure you also migrate the files COI may use in /Users/Shared/
