Classic Environment version for Mac OS X intel...
Is there a way to make/engineer a version that would be very much like the classic environment on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger?

I think your question has already been answered in the other threads in which you posted it. Less likely for SheepShaver than for PearPC, both unlikely, but all possible. And there are some similar projects on the go already.
For x86 software, it's simpler just to bundle the app and everything else into one .app file, and just run that when you want to run the app (each piece of software runs a separate instance of Mini vMac / BII / PCEm etc.).
