How can create a qemu app to run it

Hi.

I have downloaded "qemu-2.3.0" quemu code (folders, source codes, docs and configure)..

SheepShaver is an app ready to run... Qemu? How can i compile this code to make an executable app.?

I want open my dear 10.4.11 into my current Yosemite... I was many years using it in an old G4 dual.

For a start, check this site. The instructions are a bit old, so you might need to adjust here and there.
