Basilisk II Ethernet Protocol Driver: XP Compatible?

I wasnt to know if the Ethernet Drivers Basilisk II uses to comnmunicate with the windows ethernet card are comnpatible wih XP: They only have drivers for 2000, ME, 9x and NT4. I think they 2000 one should work, but i need to make sure. anyone?

I actually don't use the ethernet drivers, I just use the Router.

With my machine, if I use the ethernet driver, the mac uses DHCP and cuts of my windows's connection to the ISP.

So, that pretty much ends me doing things in both worlds.

The 2000 drivers are compatible with XP.
