Netscape Navigator not working

I am running Mac OS 7.5.5 with Netscape Navigator v4.05. Netscape used to work fine. Now, it doesn't seem to want to work. ImageImageImageImageImage What can I do to get it to work? I have Open Transport 1.1.2 installed, Quadra 650 rom, NAT/Router enabled, model ID set to 14.

That hasn't got anything to do with fixing netscape navigator!

I'm fed up of getting loads of spam. Can a mod please sort this out.
