Stuffit not enough memory

Post by woodicw »

I just started with this Mac emu thing, and after I install Stuffit and try to run it it says it can't be opened because its current memory size of 1024k is too low...raise min and pref size to atleast 1024k. Ive tried changing these but it doesn' seem to work, any suggestions?

Assign more memory to Basilisk II via the GUI.

Sometimes, when the archive is corrupt, Stuffit will complain about running out of memory no matter how much you give it via More Info. It can also give that error if you are using a Stuffit product older then the Stuffit used to compress the archive. If you are already using Expander 5.5 on Basilisk II, have givin it 5,000 K or so of memory and don't have access to a PPC, then you are probably out of luck.
